Returns and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Spa Ceylon Maldives. We aim to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns for defective, damaged, or faulty items within 24 hours of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exclusions

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personal care goods such as opened fragrances, cosmetics, and sets.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Damaged Shipments

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance. Please take photos of the damaged item and packaging for documentation purposes.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order before it ships or within a certain timeframe after placing the order. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order.

International Returns

We do not currently accept international returns.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

Modification of Policy

Spa Ceylon Maldives reserves the right to update or modify this Returns and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
